It works by destroying the cell wall (outer layer of the bacteria), which is essential for its survival. Miarta 500 mg Injection does not work against infections caused by viruses.

The common side-effects of Miarta 500 mg Injection are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, and injection site pain. These side effects are usually mild and temporary.
