Product Description

• Active Ingredient: Enoxaparin sodium (a low molecular weight heparin).
• How it Works: Stops fibrin production so platelets cannot bind and form clots.
• Primary Uses: Prevents and treats Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) (clots in leg veins) and pulmonary embolism (clots in the lungs).
• Other Uses: Manages unstable angina, heart attacks, and prevents clotting during kidney dialysis or cardiac surgeries. 

• Form: Pre-filled pen/cartridge containing 300 mg of medication in 3 ml of solution.
• Route: Injected under the skin (subcutaneously), typically in the abdomen, following exact doctor schedules. 

• Common Effects: Mild soreness or bruising at the injection site.
• Serious Risks: Increased risk of severe bleeding or low platelet counts (thrombocytopenia).
