It is not recommended to take Baztop 2mg Injection if you are allergic to active compounds or any other ingredients of this medicine. It is not advised to take this medicine if you have a compromised immune system. If you have an active infection, let your doctor know before beginning any treatment.  It is not recommended to use Baztop 2mg Injection in children and adolescents. It is not recommended to use this medication in patients with hepatitis. 

Inform your doctor if you have gastrointestinal disorders, hepatic disorders, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), neutropenia (low white blood cell count), tumour lysis syndrome (metabolic abnormalities that can occur as a complication during the treatment of cancer), neuropathy (nerve malfunction), cardiac disorders, severe lung problems, pulmonary disorders and posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome disorders before beginning the treatment with this medication. You are advised to monitor blood counts and hepatic enzymes throughout the treatment period.

The use of Baztop 2mg Injection during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended and will be determined by the doctor only if absolutely necessary, as it may cause harm to the developing foetus. It is recommended to use effective contraceptive methods during the therapy and 3 months after completion.
